    • Alan Colquhoun, Head of CEE, DTZ

      Alan Colquhoun is DTZ’s Head of Central & Eastern Europe based at the Warsaw office and have day-to-day responsibility for DTZ’s Polish business. Alan, who returned to DTZ Poland in April 2013, previously headed DTZ’s Polish business from 1999 until 2009 and was responsible for Central Europe after 2006. He also spent six years at DTZ in the Czech Republic and has worked at DTZ in Canada and the UK. Alan is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

    • Ben Bannatyne, Managing Director Central & Eastern Europe, Prologis

      Ben leads the team and company operations across Central & Eastern Europe for Prologis, the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate throughout Europe, Americas and Asia is responsible for all activities of Prologis in the CEE region (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Slovakia). He joined Prologis in 2008 from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was the Managing Director for Central Europe. In this role, he was responsible for Poland, Hungary, Romania and the Czech Republic, including the daily management of the Warsaw office and operations in Prague and Budapest.

      Ben has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, of which 15 years have been spent in Central Europe with Jones Lang LaSalle and Prologis. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a degree in Land Economy. He is also a UK-trained chartered surveyor.

    • Colin Waddell, Managing Director Poland, CBRE

      Colin Waddell has been working for CBRE in CEE for over 12 years. Over the last six years Colin has been integral in setting-up and expanding CBRE’s platform in the region which has meant that CBRE now operate as a full-service entity in CEE. Colin’s geographical experience covers all of the principal regional markets and his professional career involves a range of investment consultancy, brokerage and valuation work (including development consultancy) over all sectors of the property industry, up and above his management duties. Before entering the Central & Eastern European market, prior to CBRE, Colin worked for King Sturge in Edinburgh and London for four years.

      Colin graduated from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh with an honours degree in Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

    • David Sharkey, Chief Executive Officer, Caelum Development

    • Dieter Knittel, Director Europe, PBB Deutsche Pfandbriefbank

      Dieter Knittel is a Director Europe for pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and is based in Munich, dealing with Key Account Clients active in Europe with main focus on Central and Eastern Europe. Dieter has been active in the CEE market for more than twenty years, including five years based in Warsaw between 1997 and 2002 as Head of Credit and Senior Risk Management

    • Hadley Dean, Chief Executive Officer EMEA, (MRICS) Compass Offices

      Hadley joined Compass Offices in 2015 with a remit to open 80 high specification serviced office centres within Europe, Middle East and Africa during the next 3 years. Prior to joining Compass, Hadley was Managing Partner Eastern Europe for Colliers International, having joined the firm in 2001 as Managing Director for Poland, where he enjoyed considerable success building the business in all areas across the CEE, SEE, Russia and CIS regions.

      During Hadley’s tenure with Colliers International the company was awarded the key industry award, CEEQA, in 2004 and each year from 2009 to 2014. He is a member of Young Presidents Organisation and a Member of RICS.

    • Mark Rea, Managing Partner, Sentient

      Mark is the Managing Partner of Sentient, one of the largest Project & Cost Management Consultants operating throughout Central & Eastern Europe and beyond. After over 22 years with Gardiner & Theobald, rising to Equity Partner, in 2013 Mark led the successful buyout of the G&T CEE operation together with the other regional partners. With re-branding as Sentient completed in October 2013 we currently have established offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Montenegro and Croatia and work and experience in many of the neighbouring countries providing the same, high quality service levels as previously, for a full range of construction consultancy and related services – but now with the management and decision making team based in the region, giving increased flexibility and on the ground knowledge in a continually developing market.

      Mark has been based in CEE for 18 years and has experience throughout the region. He is a Partner and Member of the Institute of Royal Chartered Surveyors.

    • Peter Morris, Owner & Managing Director, Gage Partners

      Peter has developed and acquired 105 million Euros worth of retail real estate in Estonia and Lithuania since 2011. His most recent property launch is the NØRDIKA Shopping Valley in Vilnius, Lithuania, built with Venturecorp Property Holdings. NØRDIKA Shopping Valley opened in September 2015, with phase II opening in May 2016, totalling 35,000 sqm net leasable area.

      Peter managed Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors in four countries from the company start-up in 1994 through its sale in June 2007. At the time of its sale, Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors was the largest property brokerage and advisory firm in Central and Eastern Europe with more than 35 offices and 350 real estate professionals in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland, offering asset acquisition and disposal, property valuations, property asset management, investment brokerage and property advisory services. Peter is originally from New York, USA, and graduated Yale University.

    • Robert Dobrzycki, Chief Executive Officer Europe, Panattoni Europe

      Robert set up Panattoni Europe’s headquarters for the CEE region in Poland in 2005 and in 2014 he was appointed CEO for Europe. In 11 years under Robert’s management the company has developed 3.2 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space out of existing stock of 10 million sqm in Poland. Since 2007 PE has been the most active developer on the Polish market year by year with a 2% average vacancy rate of portfolio under management, the current portfolio under management totaling 1.3 million sqm.

      Robert began his career with Menard Doswell & Co., an industrial real estate development company, had has over 15 years experience in the real estate business. He is a Warsaw University graduate and has a Masters in Business Management degree.
