Quadrio in Prague and AFI Park 2 & 3 in Bucharest named Buildings of the Year
Domestic success as CPI’s mixed use Quadrio project in Prague wins Building of the Year Central & Eastern Europe, while international developer AFI Group’s office scheme AFI Park 2&3 lifts Building of the Year Southeast Europe title, among the big winners at the 2015 edition of CEEQA.

In the challenging but improving Romanian market AFI Park 2&3 came out top in the overall Building of the Year award for SEE and was also shortlist in the Office Development of the Year category, while AFI Park 2 was also shortlisted for the RealGreen Building of the Year category for innovation and leadership in green building.
