Guy Speir

Guy co-founded Sharow Capital, the boutique investment and asset management firm, in 2014. Sharow Capital has quickly established itself as a high quality provider of investment solutions across CEE, with particular success in delivering astute acquisition strategies and expert asset management.

Guy lived and worked in CEE since 2001. His focus has been on development, leasing and major asset repositioning of mostly office buildings in Czech, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia. Guy has been a board member of RICS in CEE and undertaken APC assessments. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
