CEEQA is free to enter and is the most prestigious and influential industry recognition and flagship annual event for industry leaders in CEE & SEE commercial real estate. Established in the market place for more than 20 years, the awards recognise excellence in commercial real estate investment, development finance and consulting across 18 countries in Central & Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe, widely regarded as sector’s the most trusted measure of business achievement and market influence.

Winning a CEEQA award can serve to motivate teams, partners in the context of business excellence and market shaping achievement.

CEEQA collaborates each year with business leaders at the highest level of industry experience and influence in CEE & SEE commercial real estate investment, comprising the CEEQA Jury panel, to assess and decide the annual award winners from more than 600 entries each year for the best performing buildings, companies and industry professionals of the year across 18 countries.

Anyone can attend the sector’s flagship annual event for the announcement of the year’s award winners by purchasing tickets or corporate tables.

Renowned for its elite networking, premium hospitality and world class entertainment, each spring the sector’s movers and shakers gather at the sector’s flagship annual event welcoming more than 600 industry leaders from over 50 countries in the CEE & SEE region and across Europe.

The event’s champagne reception, gala dinner and awards ceremony, and legendary after party, provide guests with a memorable experience and opportunity to mix and celebrate the successes of the sector year. Recent bands at the event include Atomic Kitten, Morcheeba, Boomtown Rats, Macy Gray, Hot Chocolate and Bananarama.

Jury

Underlying the market value and prestige of the CEEQA awards is a rigorous and transparent judging process supported by a high calibre large and influential Jury panel of 42 leaders and experts from across the regional market place in all segments of the market.

The entry and judging process for the CEEQA awards is widely respected for its objectivity and reliability of results, the sector’s most trusted and valued industry recognition.

Awards entry

Any building, company or industry professional from across the sector can enter the awards by submitting an entry form on the CEEQA website. The resulting award entries are examined and voted on by the jury to decide the short list published in April, and the eventual winners announced at the CEEQA Gala on 20 May.
