CEEQA 2026 Overview

In its 24th year, the Central & Eastern European Quality Awards gala welcomes 700 company and sector leaders from across Europe to celebrate success and recognise business excellence in real estate investment across Central & Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe.

Widely regarded as the most prestigious industry recognition in Central & Eastern European real estate, winning a CEEQA award can serve to motivate teams, partners in the context of business excellence and market shaping achievement. Entries close 5 March.

2026 CEEQA Gala

Anyone can attend the sector’s flagship annual event for the announcement of the year’s award winners by purchasing tickets or corporate tables. The gathering each spring is renowned for its elite networking, premium hospitality and world class entertainment.

The event’s champagne reception, gala dinner and awards ceremony, and legendary after party, provide guests with a memorable experience and opportunity to mix and celebrate the successes of the sector year. Recent bands at the event include Atomic Kitten, Morcheeba, Boomtown Rats, Macy Gray, Hot Chocolate and Bananarama.

Awards entry

Any building, company or industry professional from across the sector can enter the awards by submitting an entry form on the CEEQA website. The resulting award entries are examined and voted on by the jury to decide the short list published in April, and the eventual winners announced at the CEEQA Gala on 20 May.

Underlying the market value and prestige of the CEEQA awards is a rigorous and transparent judging process supported by a high calibre large and influential Jury panel of 42 leaders and experts from across the regional market place in all segments of the market.
