The Q in CEEQA stands for Quality.
Underpinning the relevance and value of the CEEQA awards to the CEE & SEE real estate community is an unshakeable integrity of the judging and results, coupled with the quality and diversity of award entrants covering 18 country markets in Central & Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe. Converging each spring at the sector’s showcase annual event and most senior annual gathering of leaders, the CEEQA Gala is widely regarded as one of the major gatherings of senior industry professionals in Europe.
Entries for CEEQA23 now open, entry deadline 24 March
The CEEQA awards are completely free to enter, the CEE & SEE real estate sector’s most trusted and valued industry awards and flagship annual gala. The awards are judged by a panel of the most senior representatives of market leading companies and organisations active in the sector, the CEEQA Jury. Decisions are exclusively made by the elected members of the jury with no possibility of interference or intervention by the organiser or participants. All aspects of the entry and judging process are closely supervised by globally trusted consulting firm PwC. The gala’s unique mix of serious business, fine dining, serious entertainment and elite networking is unparalleled in international business hospitality, last time out guests were treated to a live show by Gloria Gaynor poignantly including the first live public performance of I WILL SURVIVE since the beginning of the pandemic.
Summer date: 14 June Wyscigi, Warsaw
The new location and move in 2022 to a June date, necessitated by the pandemic, proved popular among customers and sponsors for its more open summer atmosphere. The legendary post-awards after party continued late into the night rounded off by a memorable outdoor live concert by pop high-priestess, Gloria Gaynor. Other recent star acts at the event include the likes of Boomtown Rats, Macy Gray, Hot Chocolate, Bananarama, Kim Wilde and Morcheeba, alongside an array of colourful entertainment features and performances that make up the CEEQA formula.
Moving with the times – lower ticket prices, improved experience, new partnerships
What if there’s a way, in an increasingly challenging business and political climate, to retain the prestige and improve the quality networking experience of the CEEQA Gala for paying guests, while reducing ticket prices for guests by 25%?
Easy. Innovate and adapt the traditional two-hour indoor seated dinner and awards ceremony into a more open, mostly outdoor, more free-flowing set-up for guests provided by the Wyscigi location, with equally unparalleled dining and hospitality by our long-term elite caterers Belvedere, and free-to-roam networking throughout the event, while reducing production costs and environmental footprint. A no-brainer requiring serious brain power, if anyone can CEEQA can.
Other innovations include a new partnership with Warsaw’s new Nobu Hotel providing CEEQA guests attending from outside Warsaw with five star accommodation and hospitality at a special CEEQA discount, special CEEQA. Full details to be released shortly.
For nearly 20 years CEEQA has delivered on its perennial pledge of the best CEEQA Gala ever, CEEQA23 promises to take that pledge to a new level. We’re looking forward to seeing you.
