We’re delighted to present this year’s long-listed award candidates selected by members of the 2026 CEEQA Jury for this year’s edition of the CEEQA awards following the first round of voting to decide the best real estate projects, companies, transactions and industry professionals across 11 countries in Central & Eastern Europe during 2025.

Support your nomination
If your building, company, investment transaction or team member is listed we encourage you to support the nomination by submitting an entry form if you haven’t already. If you are not listed here you may still enter and qualify for judging.
There is no fee to enter the awards. The results are exclusively the decisions of the members of this year’s CEEQA Jury.

Supporting your nomination with an entry form to provide the Jury with more detailed information about your building, company or team member can improve your chances of success. All nominees will be included in the next round of voting in April to decide this years SHORT LIST of nominees. The short list will be published on the CEEQA website on 15 April.
Nominees benefit from an extended entry deadline to support the nomination. 27 March is the final deadline for entries be sure to get your entry form in early.
Attend the CEEQA Gala 20 May
The winners of this year’s awards will be announced at the CEEQA Gala dinner and awards ceremony on 20 May in Warsaw, the CEE real estate sector’s flagship annual showcase event for industry leaders.
The annual CEEQA Gala is the largest and most influential gathering of industry leaders of the CEE real estate sector welcoming 700 guests from more than 50 countries.
