Hubert Abt has been working in the real estate industry for over 35 years. He worked as a developer and later in the land banking sector, providing equity and Mezzanine capital for various real estate projects. In 2012, he founded New Work Offices, one of the most recognized and awarded flex office operators in CEE for service excellence. Today, New Work operates in 4 countries in CEE and Germany as a flex office platform for landlords to follow up on the increasing demand for core& flex leasing models and to activate footfall and creating amenities for their office space.

As an ESG pioneer, in 2019, Hubert founded workcloud24. workcloud24 is a one-stop shop to increase ESG Performance for commercial real estate. As Solution Partner of GRESB, the company provides prop tech solutions to increase energy efficiency, calculating the green premium and tokenizing CO2 savings.
