Rafał Proczek, CCIM

Rafał Proczek is a highly accomplished real estate executive with over 15 years of experience in investment, asset management, and transaction execution across Central and Eastern Europe. He currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management Poland at Investika Polska Services, overseeing a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding 450,000 m² of office and logistics properties.

Prior to this, Rafał worked as an Investment & Asset Manager at Greenstone Asset Management and previously served as Senior Consultant, Capital Markets CEE at BNP Paribas Real Estate, supporting investment and capital markets transactions. He has extensive experience in asset management, investment, transaction execution, senior debt origination, financial controlling, budget planning, SPV management, administration, and specialized transaction services.

Rafał is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an alumnus of the Warsaw University of Technology and SGH Warsaw School of Economics, with a proven track record in strategic portfolio management and delivering high-performing real estate operations across the region.
