2026 Jury nominations

Welcome to the first step in the judging process for the 2025 edition of CEEQA.

This round of voting we ask all jury members to complete the JURY NOMINATIONS form below with your suggestions of likely category winners from your experience across the market during 2025.

Your nominations must be submitted by 31 January to qualify.

Candidates nominated by you will be invited to submit an entry form in the relevant category(s) to be assesed by the jury. By completing this form you help to make the initial selection of prospective candidates for the awards.

Your are able to nominate any candidate in the listed categories for business activity in any of the following country markets:

CEE MARKETS:

Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia

SEE MARKETS:

Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine

What’s involved

You are only required to provide basic information for nominees in the columns provided on the form. The CEEQA team will research and fact-check nominees submitted for fuller information, in order to invite a full entry on behalf of the nominee.

You can nominate any project, company or person for an award, including your own company or project. In further voting rounds you will be asked to declare your professional interest (PI) in a canditate.

The task should not take much more than an hour or two of your time.

What happens next?

31 January is the deadline to submit your nominations to be sure of inclusion.

01. BUILDING AWARDS

A winner of a CEEQA Building Award is a real estate project that has achieved significant recognition within or beyond the sector during the year for outstanding development and commercial delivery that has measurably or perceptibly advanced the productivity scope, innovation profile or international status of the sector. Projects must be completed inthe calendar year of 2025 and should be made according to the following headline criteria:

  • All round commercial success showing actual leasing and sale results in the context of market practice norms, completed projects, awards won, etc.
  • Innovation & design showing new ideas, approaches or execution models that enhance the project’s tenant appeal, operational efficiency and ESG profile, and market value.
  • Location & accessibility showing effective site selection credentials, catchment capacity, transport access.

    • You are not obligated to make a nomination for each award, however please try to put a minimum of two nominations per category if you can.

    A winner of a CEEQA Company Award is a real estate company that has achieved significant recognition within or beyond the sector during the year for a business activity, accomplishment or overall performance that has measurably or perceptibly advanced the productivity scope, innovation profile or international status of the sector.

    Only business performances within the calendar year of 2025 including to 31 January 2026 to qualify. Nominations should be made according to the following headline criteria:

    • Business achievement showing actual performance and results in the context of market practice norms, completed deals and transactions, awards won, etc.
    • Innovation showing new ideas, approaches or execution models that enhance effectiveness and results.
    • Partnership and customer service showing positive approaches to building sustainable delivery partnerships and/or customer relations.
    • Overall industry leadership and contribution showing outstanding vision, leadership and market profile in a particular activity, or in general, that has made a significant contribution to the productivity scope, innovation profile or international status of the sector.

    You are not obligated to make a nomination for each award, however please try to put a minimum of two nominations per category if you can.

    Nominations should be made according to the following headline criteria:

    • Transaction size and exit yield showing scale of the transaction.
    • Innovation showing new ideas, approaches or execution models of the deal structuring.
    • Overall industry leadership and contribution showing outstanding vision, leadership and market profile in a particular activity, or in general, that has made a significant contribution to the productivity scope, innovation profile or international status of the sector.

    You are not obligated to make a nomination for each award, however please try to put a minimum of two

    A winner of a CEEQA Grand Award is a real estate professional, company or project that has achieved significant recognition within or beyond the sector during the year for a business activity, accomplishment or overall performance that has measurably or perceptibly advanced the productivity scope, innovation profile or international status of the sector.
    Only business performances within the calendar year of 2025 including to 31 January 2026 to qualify. Nominations should be made according to the following headline criteria:

    • Vision, innovation, leadership & profile showing ideas and approaches to business that have made a durable impact on the sector.
    • Market defining sector contribution showing activities or achievements that have measurably shifted an accepted market norm.
    • Sustained and durable success showing levels of achievement sustained over a long term with durability into the future.

    You are not obligated to make a nomination for each award, however please try to put a minimum of two nominations per category if you can.
