Alan Španvirt

Alan is one of the co-founders of Wilsons and is based in the Prague office. He specializes in construction, real estate sales and acquisitions, and environmental issues, including related regulatory implications and real estate financing. He has also had extensive experience in legal issues relating to the petrochemical and energy industry.

Alan has been advising developers, development companies and real estate investment funds on their projects in the CEE region for many years, and has led over 100 transactions for a worldwide food retailer in the Czech Republic. He has also assisted several important clients in the acquisition and disposal of large commercial properties.

Alan is active on both the Czech and Slovak markets. Before co-founding Wilsons, Alan worked for 8 years at Linklaters, a leading international law firm.

Alan speaks Czech, English and French.
