Maciej Kaminski MRICS is Managing Director of Europtima in Poland and a senior construction and real estate professional specializing in cost and commercial management. He has extensive experience in Poland and international markets across retail, mixed-use, office, residential and hospitality developments.

His experience spans the full development lifecycle, including feasibility and cost planning, procurement, tendering, value engineering and commercial management. He has worked with investors and developers on complex real estate projects, combining a strong technical and commercial background with a strategic perspective on project development and delivery.

A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Maciej brings extensive international experience and an in-depth understanding of the commercial and cost aspects of real estate development.
