Dennis Dart

Dennis participates in all facets of executive management of the firm including development and execution of the firm’s strategic objectives and business plan.

Before establishing KSP REIM Dennis was Executive Vice President of Heitman European Private Equity. While at Heitman from 2000-2012, he participated in over €3.5 billion of transaction closings and also led joint venture and loan restructurings. Before joining Heitman, Dennis was General Counsel of Commonwealth Property Investors, a venture capital firm focusing on investments in Russia and the CIS. Dennis was responsible for executing joint ventures for the development of a Class A office building in St. Petersburg, for the development of a Class A office building in Kiev, Ukraine, as well as development and roll out of the CIS Dominio’s Pizza franchise.

Dennis has a BA from the University of California at Davis and JD and LL.M degrees from the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California. Dennis was in house legal counsel for FIA Associates, an early pioneer in commercial real estate investing for public employee retirement systems in the United States.
