Matyas Gereben

Matyas began his real estate career with Cushman and Wakefield Property Advisers as Leasing Associate and he looked after major corporate instructions both on the tenant and Landlord side. After spending almost 4 years in Cushman, he joined TriGranit Development Corporation in 2007 as Leasing Director of Offices on the Emonika project in Ljubljana. After 2 years spent in Slovenia he was appointed to head up the Property Management team of Polus Shopping and Entertainment Center Budapest. Following two successful years in Polus he was promoted to lead the Asset Managment Department within TriGranit and look after the company’s portfolio through the CEE region. He was responsible to monitor the performance of 4 shopping centres and 9 office buildings with the total GLA of approximately 400.000 sqm

Matyas joined CPI PG in June 2016 as Country CEO and he is responsible for leading the Hungarian operation with 75 people and 17 assets under his guidance. He holds a Bachelor degree in tourism and hotel management and a Master’s degree in management consulting. He is a member of ICSC, RICS and other real estate related organizations, and is a passionate sailor and proud father of two children.
