Brian Jenkins

Brian joined Blackstone Partners in November 2013 to direct the King Street Retail portfolio in Poland and the CEE region for Multi Corporation. He was previously with Simon Property Group as Regional Vice President directing the New England Mall portfolio and prior to this role, he was Executive Vice President of Development for Rouse Properties, a newly formed REIT comprised of former GGP properties.

Brian lived in Europe from 1996 – 2009. He is a former Partner with AIG/Lincoln and a founder of TriGranit Development Corporation. Over his 29-year career in the real estate industry, he has directed a wide spectrum of real estate activities including property management, leasing, site acquisition and development with a greater emphasis on asset management, refinancing and repositioning of retail and office properties during the last seven years. He received the ICSC Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) designation in 2013 and has been the recipient of two ICSC MAXI awards for marketing excellence in 1995 and 1999 and the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award for the development of West End City Center in 2000. Since 1995, he has been an instructor for the ICSC School for Professional Development both in Europe and the U.S.
