Lukáš Répal

Lukáš is Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Board of Accolade, a pan-European industrial and logistics real estate company active across ten European countries, a role he has held since 2019, responsible for the group’s expansion into new and foreign markets. He joined Accolade in 2016 to launch its Polish operations and previously held a management position at Emaar in the UAE, where he was involved in the operational management of Dubai Mall.

He holds a degree in International Relations from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
