Mark Richards

Mark is Mace’s International Business Development Director and a member of the international Board. He has been involved with the construction and property industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience internationally, having lived and worked in Germany, Poland, Ireland, Italy and the UK.

Mark has opened up a number of new markets for Mace, sourcing opportunities and establishing relationships in locations including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Russia. Based out of the global head office in London, he travels extensively for Mace, which operates in more than 70 countries, supporting emerging markets, including the Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia Pacific regions, as well as our established businesses in Europe and the Middle East. He also has a number of years’ experience managing a property business specialising in the development of factory outlet retail centres across Europe.
