Alan Vincent

Alan is the owner and CEO of ConvergenCE, based in Budapest for over 20 years. ConvergenCE is an investor, developer, asset and project manager specialising in offices and industrial logistics. A former Director of Richard Ellis International in Vienna (1992), founder and Managing Director of CBRE in Budapest (1994) and co-founder and Development Director of AIG/Lincoln (1998), Alan has personally led over €350 million of award winning commercial investment and development projects in CEE.
