Maciej Zajdel

For the past 14 years Maciej has been connected with the commercial and industrial real property sector. He is currently, within the framework of a newly established fund, IVG Warsaw Funds, with a target value of 250-300 million euros, undertaking new office real property purchases and supporting the efforts to attract new investors. His previous projects include office and retail developments; completing a number of production plants, warehouses, as well managing the development process of  large number of petrol stations for Shell  in Poland.  For several years, he has also been responsible for some of NATO’s infrastructure investments in Poland.

Maciej trained as a construction engineer (Technical University in Delft, Holland and Wrocław Technical University) and economist (MBA, University of Calgary, Canada). He became a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM Institute Chicago) in 2010.
