SAVE THE DATE: 2025 CEEQA Gala 21 May at Wyscigi race course, Warsaw

The entry process for the 2025 CEEQA awards opens on 20 January. The deadline for submission of entries is 5 March.

The short list of candidates following the first round of judging is published on 8 April. The winners are announced on 21 May at the 2025 CEEQA Gala in Warsaw.

CEEQA is the main industry awards and flagship annual event for in CEE & SEE commercial real estate. Established in the market place for more than 20 years, the awards recognise excellence in commercial real estate investment and development across 18 countries in Central & Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe and are the sector’s most trusted measure of business success and market influence.

How to enter

Entering the awards is free. Any building, company or industry professional from across the sector can enter the awards by submitting an entry form on the CEEQA website when entries open on 19 November.

Submitting an entry form provides the jury with accurate information to support the nomination and improves a candidate’s chances of success.

The entry and judging process for the CEEQA awards is widely respected for its rigorous process, transparency and reliability of results, the sector’s most trusted and valued industry recognition.

The short list of candidates following the first round of judging is published on 8 April. The winners are announced on 21 May at the 2025 CEEQA Gala in Warsaw.

2025 Awards itinerary

12 November Announcement of members of 2025 CEEQA Jury.
20 January Entries open
11 February Publication of 2025 Long List of candidates including all nominees and entries.
5 March Entries close
8 April Announcement of 2025 Short List of candidates following the first round of judging.
20 May Jury Dinner and final voting round
21 May 20th annual CEEQA Gala

Judging

The CEEQA Jury comprises an elite panel of 36 influential company leaders in real estate development, investment, construction and consulting. Jury members are selected for their expertise and experience to assess and judge entries for the awards.

Nominations are made by the jury for the sector’s outstanding projects, companies and people of the year. The jury nominations are processed by the CEEQA team and candidates are invited to submit an entry form to support the nomination. Additionally, any candidate can enter the awards whether or not they are nominated by the jury

The resulting award entries and jury nominations are examined and voted on by the jury to decide the winners.

CEEQA Gala

Anyone can attend the sector’s flagship annual event for the announcement of the year’s award winners by purchasing tickets or corporate tables.

Renowned for its elite networking, premium hospitality and world class entertainment, each spring the sector’s movers and shakers gather at the sector’s flagship annual event welcoming more than 600 industry leaders from over 50 countries in the CEE & SEE region and across Europe.

The event’s champagne reception, gala dinner and awards ceremony, and legendary after party, provide guests with a memorable experience and opportunity to mix and celebrate the successes of the sector year. Recent bands at the event include Atomic Kitten, Morcheeba, Boomtown Rats, Macy Gray, Hot Chocolate and Bananarama.

Our revamped awards for technical and vision leadership in pursuing NetZero building and ESG compliant business in the CEE & SEE real estate market place, replacing our previous awards for Green Leadership in place since 2011.

SECTOR LEADERSHIP AWARD

The seventh award in this section is CEEQA’s garland annual award for an individual who has made a significant and durable contribution to the sector regionally and internationally. This award is given by the organiser in consultation with the jury, and is the only award announced before the Gala:
