Louis-Simon Ferland

Louis is a Principal in the Real Estate Group of Blackstone and is based in London. Since joining Blackstone in 2010 he has been involved in evaluating real estate investments in several property types throughout Europe. Before joining Blackstone he was an Associate at Merrill Lynch Global Principal Investments where he was involved in a variety of real estate acquisitions, primarily in Central and Eastern Europe, prior to which he was a corporate attorney in New York City.

Louis has a dual degree in Common and Civil Law from McGill University, where he graduated with Great Distinction, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
