Agata Brzezinska

Agata is Senior Director and Head of Central and Eastern Europe at Pradera Management Poland and a Member of the Management Board. She oversees Pradera’s strategy and operations across the CEE region, managing a retail portfolio of seven assets with a total GLA of nearly 200,000 sq m and a value of approximately €350 million.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has held senior leadership positions at Pradera, Neinver Polska and GTC. Agata holds a degree in Economics, the CCIM designation, an MBA from the French Institute of Management, and postgraduate qualifications in Luxury Brand Creation and Management from SWPS University. She has been a Board Member of the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH) since 2018.
