Nina Kozaková

As the chairwoman of the board, Nina Kozáková is responsible for making decisions on key strategic and financial issues and managing the investment process, including the search for suitable real estate and the coordination of the acquisition process. Nina joined the company at the beginning of 2015 and has been active in the real estate market since 2005. Before joining Patria, she headed the Financing and Treasury Department and the Controlling and Group Reporting Department at the development company Crestyl and also worked as a real estate appraiser at the consulting company Colliers International. Nina graduated at the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague and received an MSc. in Real Estate from the University of Reading in the UK and a RICS Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate.
