Małgorzata Fibakiewicz

Małgorzata is the CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, bringing over 20 years of expertise in corporate real estate, business strategy, and organisational transformation. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has held several senior leadership roles, including Head of Office Agency and Head of the Office Sector & Strategic Projects. In these capacities, she developed integrated service offerings and served as the primary advisor for BNP Paribas Group entities in Poland on portfolio efficiency and relocations. She also established the Business Intelligence Hub & Strategic Advisory team to provide advanced cross-sector insights. Prior to her current tenure, she held key roles at CBRE and DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and began her career in the banking sector.

A member and assessor of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Małgorzata combines strategic oversight with deep operational experience in complex transactions and business transformation.
