What is CEEQA?
The entry process for the 2027 CEEQA awards opens on 17 November 2026. The deadline for submission of entries is 5 March.
The short list of candidates following the first round of judging is published on 6 April. The winners are announced on 12 May at the 2027 CEEQA Gala in Warsaw.
CEEQA seeks to encourage and recognise thought leadership and recognise business excellence across 18 countries in New Europe, as well as to showcase the achievements of the New Europe commercial real estate market place to the international investment arena, through its acclaimed market insight platform and the sector’s main annual industry awards.
The CEEQA Jury
The value of the awards is underpinned by the calibre of the jury convened each year.
A panel of 36 experienced and influential business leaders active in the CEE real estate sector is selected each year on rotation, representing market leading companies active in development, investment, finance, construction services and consulting across the CEE region. Members of the jury panel are invited to assess award submissions to decide the awards short list and eventual winners in 24 award categories. Learn more about the CEEQA Jury here.
The 2027 CEEQA Jury will be announced in October.

Awards & market insight
The CEEQA Awards are widely recognised as the most trusted annual industry recognition for business achievement in commercial real estate investment and development, recognising the best buildings, companies and people of the sector year. The awards are free to enter and are judged by a Jury panel of the most senior representatives of market leading companies active in the sector.
CEEQA has also consistently led market knowledge and opinion over the past decade on key issues and trends affecting the market place through its INSIGHT programme of in-depth market reports and leader’s meetings.

The CEEQA Gala

The annual CEEQA Gala is the a must-attend event for property professional active in the CEE property markets.
