Tenth edition of CEEQA rocks the warehouse
The tenth anniversary edition of the CEEQA Gala shook the post-industrial foundations of 'Old Prague' in Warsaw on 23rd April. Over 600 guests from more than 50 countries applauded Lifetime Achievement Award winner Brian Patterson of AIG/Lincoln and saw Jones Lang LaSalle crowned Company of the Decade and Rondo 1 in Warsaw crowned Building of the Decade 2003-2013, while Skanska brought their CEEQA 2013 tally to an unprecedented five awards by adding the Developer of the Year and overall Green Leadership awards on the night to their recent gongs for RealGreen Developer of the Year and RealGreen Building of the Year. Guests were treated to a special performance during the ceremony by Edyta Gorniak as well as late night live entertainment by Bananarama and Wet Fingers as CEEQA raised the bar once more as an international showcase event for the Emerging Europe real estate investment sector.

CEEQA 2013 PHOTOS | THE RECEPTION: More than 600 guests attended the tenth edition of the CEEQA Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony at SOHO Factory in Warsaw. As guests arrived for the CEEQA 2013 Gala they were treated to a live performance by Manila based young violinist Bryson Andres as well as a range of charity activities including human one-arm bandits, a floating shark and an exhibition of Ten Years of CEEQA as well as a Brief History of Praga.
CEEQA 2013 PHOTOS | THE AWARDS: A total of 22 awards were presented for business excellence in Emerging Europe real estate during the previous calendar year. International consultants Jones Lang LaSalle shone most brightly with a hat-trick of awards including Company of the Decade 2003-2013 voted electronically by guests at the event, Skanska also picked up three awards on the night bringing their annual haul to an unprecedented five awards including the two RealGreen Awards presented at CEEQA@Mipim in March. Other major award winners on the night included Pawel Debowski of Dentons (Industry Profesional of the Year and Legal & Financial Consulting Firm of the Year, Rondo 1 (Building of the Decade 2003-13), Le Palais, Warsaw (Office Development of the Year and overall Building of the Year SEE), Palas Iasi (Retail Development of the Year and overall Building of the Year SEE), Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, Panattoni Europe, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Union Investment and Arcadis EC Harris. The awards ceremony included a special live performance by Polish star Edyta Gorniak supported by renowned Polish musician, composer and producer Adam Sztaba.

Guests this year raised 12.000 euros for the foundation towards the revitalisation of the camp lake.

8TH ANNUAL CEEQA GALA IN PICTURES
7TH CEEQA GALA DINNER & AWARDS CEREMONY: Nearly 600 business leaders from 38 countries attended the 7th annual CEEQA Gala at the Warsaw Royal Castle Kubicki Arcades on 3rd March. The success of the event underlined the underlying momentum of the CEE property sector and raising hopes of a return to business in 2010.
