Here you will find the full list of categories to enter for the 2024 edition of the CEEQA Awards.
Entries for this year’s edition of the awards is now closed. The short list of candidates in 24 categories will be announced on 11 April.

The CEEQA Awards are completely free to enter, the CEE & SEE real estate sector’s main industry awards and most trusted industry recognition, and flagship annual gathering of the sector’s most influential leaders. The awards are judged by an elite panel of senior representatives of market leading companies and organisations active in the sector, the CEEQA Jury. Winners of the awards benefit from sustain
Anyone actively involved in commercial real estate can enter the awards. Decisions are exclusively made by the elected members of the jury with no possibility of interference or intervention by the organiser or participants. All aspects of the entry and judging process are closely supervised by globally trusted consulting firm PwC.

The CEEQA Gala industry awards
The 2024 awards will be presented at the CEEQA Gala on 15 May in Warsaw the CEE & SEE property sector’s showcase annual gathering of sector leaders and one of the major gatherings of senior industry professionals in Europe, renowned for it’s world class hospitality, elite networking and world class entertainment and production.
Underpinning the value of the CEEQA awards to the CEE & SEE real estate community is the elite calibre of members of the CEEQA Jury, an unshakeable integrity of the judging and results, coupled with the quality and diversity of award entrants covering 18 country markets in the region. All aspects of the entry and judging process are closely supervised by globally trusted consulting firm PwC.
What happens when?
There are four principle steps in the judging process:
- 30 January Entries open Entry submission forms will be available on the the CEEQA website, see full list of categories below.
- 5 March Entries close Once all award entries have been received the 2024 Long List of nominees will be published on the CEEQA website. This year’s CEEQA Jury will be invited to score all entries in the first online judging round.
- 11 April Short list announced Following the first round of judging the 2024 Short List of candidates in each category will be published on the CEEQA website.
- 14 May Final judging round – the CEEQA Jury Dinner On the eve of the CEEQA Gala the year’s jury members convene for a private dinner, the sector’s most senior level networking gathering, to decide the winners in each category from the short listed candidates.
- 15 May CEEQA Gala dinner & award presentations The sector’s most anticipated flagship annual gathering and showcase event needs no introduction. The winners of this year’s awards will be announced at the event attended by more than 600 of the CEE & SEE real estate sector’s most influential leaders.

Entering the awards is simple and quick. Once award entries open you will be able to follow links, on the list of categories below, to the CEEQA Entry system to complete and submit entry forms. You are able to submit entries for as many categories as you wish.

Residential development of the year
Reflecting the rise of residential projects as rentable investment assets.
Rising star industry professional of the year sponsor FUTUREAL
Highlighting young company and market leaders below the age of 40.

BUILDING OF THE YEAR AWARDS
For business leadership and achievement in commercial real estate development during the 2023 calendar year up to and including 31st January 2024, in 5 categories:
- Office development of the year

For business leadership and achievement in commercial real estate agency during the 2023 calendar year up to and including 31st January 2024, in 3 categories.

For overall market leadership including buildings, companies & people in five categories. The only category in this section for which entries can be submitted is for individual business performance during the 2023 calendar year up to and including 31st January 2024:

SECTOR LEADERSHIP AWARD
The seventh award in this section is CEEQA’s garland annual award for an individual who has made a significant and durable contribution to the sector regionally and internationally. This award is given by the organiser in consultation with the jury, and is the only award announced before the Gala:
- Lifetime achievement in real estate The sector’s garland award for significant and durable contribution to the CEE & SEE real estate market place
