John Cutts served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Solihull, UK of Parkridge Holdings Ltd. Mr. Cutts is the Owner of Astral Developments Ltd. He served as Vice Chairman of European operations at ProLogis, Inc. Mr. Cutts joined ProLogis in February 2007. Mr. Cutts Co-founded Parkridge in 1998. Prior to founding Parkridge, Mr. Cutts led a successful management buy-out of UK-based Ashford Developments in 1993 and re-launched as Kingspark Group Holdings. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor and cutting his teeth working for others, he set up Kingspark in the early 90’s. Prior to joining Ashford, Mr. Cutts was affiliated with Wilson Bowden, a UK-based homebuilder and property developer. He has been dubbed the Godfather of sheds having been at the forefront of warehouse and logistics development in both the UK and Europe for the last 30 years. He serves as a Director of ProLogis Kingspark Ltd. and Mountpark Logistics EU Sarl.
