Erik Drukker

Erik Drukker, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, has over 30 years of experience in Central European real estate, beginning his career in Prague before relocating to Warsaw in 1996. After 17 successful years with DTZ—ultimately helping build Poland’s largest real estate agency—he joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2013, later becoming Managing Director for Central Europe and, six years ago, CEO for the CEE region. Today he leads BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, guiding the company through significant growth, record profitability, and a strategic shift toward AI-driven solutions and business expansion. Actively engaged in the industry, he serves on multiple juries and mentorship programs, while outside work he pursues cycling, art, and the revitalization of historic buildings, including the redevelopment of a 1908 distillery near Warsaw.
