Paul Betts

Paul Betts is Managing Director of ARC Capital Markets in the United Kingdom. In his 30 year property career, Paul has covered several European real estate markets and multiple disciplines, with a focus on capital markets and logistics.

From 1994-2002, Paul was based in Prague as Managing Partner, Czech Republic for King Sturge and then from Paris, through 2012, as Managing Partner, France. In addition to overall management responsibilities for those operations, Paul advised on multiple investment transactions on behalf of funds, property companies and HNWIs. After King Sturge merged with JLL in 2011, Paul served as Head of JLL’s EMEA Logistics team and was a member of JLL’s Global Logistics Board through 2014. Most recently, Paul was Head of CEE for M7 Real Estate, establishing their offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Croatia and was responsible for the acquisition / disposal of over EUR 400m in assets for two M7 Real Estate funds.

Paul earned his BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying from Liverpool Polytechnic and qualified as a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He is fluent in English and speaks French.
