Some things change..
Many of the senior members of the CEE and SEE property scene will know, respect and will have worked closely with Svetlana Fedosova in her capacity as head of CEE for GRI Club (Global Real Estate Institute) over the past five years.
We
are extremely proud and excited to announce Svetlana’s arrival onto the board of CEEQA as equity partner and CEO to work alongside founder Richard Hallward and team to assist with the project of building CEEQA back better, making CEEQA great again etc, as well as leading it to even better places in the future continuing to grow and enhance the value of this important sector platform.
We welcome Svetlana and look forward to greater things in the future effective 1 October 2022.

Our pledge to all sponsors, partners, customers, service providers and entertainers who have steadfastly stood by CEEQA through the pandemic has been to bring it back once the storm clouds clear EXACTLY as it was. The quality, the colour, the trust and integrity that made CEEQA the pre-eminent industry measure of success, and anchor annual gathering point for the CEE and SEE real estate market place and players.
When we say we go again, we mean it. Commencing with Awards entry with an extended deadline for entries of 20 May, followed by the announcement shortly of the reconvened CEEQA Jury & Judging itinerary, Lifetime Achievement award (already announced in 2020, no change), the Gala Entertainment and of course full details of the 2022 CEEQA Gala itself – how to book, where to go, what to expect.
We stand resolutely with Ukraine
In solidarity with Ukraine, find out what CEEQA is doing to Stand With Ukraine and add your say. As one of the 18 CEE & SEE country markets within CEEQA’s coverage, we stand fully with Ukraine and Ukrainian defenders of their homeland, refugees and their relatives everywhere at this hugely difficult time following the recent Russian invasion and ongoing war.
